The Final Goodbyes.

11.02.2012

A day (not) to remember. It was my school farewell and it's supposed to one of those days that you cherish throughout your life. Even I expected it to be like that, I was looking forward to it since a really long time and I wanted everything perfect, from my hair to my toes. It didn't go as planned, my clothes didn't turn out to be well-tailored and I didn't like the way my hair-do made me look. In short - it was everything I hadn't been expecting. But nothing can be done now, so I'll have to remember my farewell the way it was (maybe with a little bit of sugar coating. Here are a few pictures that I was willing to pose for :P

Strange Feelings.

I feel really strange and weird at the moment. Something, an incident, occurred today. I have these friends in school. We have a so-called band in school, that's how I met them. There is my best friend and two more guys. We always hangout together. We have a study break going on at the moment. So I chat with the guys using Whats App. And my best friend doesn't have a cell phone, so yea. And just today I got to know that one of the guys has a crush on my best friend. He messed it up! My friend just got out of a relationship and I don't think she wants to start dating! And now it's going to be super weird for the four of us to hang out together! Argh!

On cloud 7

No, I'm not really that happy right now. The title is based on a photo shoot that I came across while reading the blog  -honestlywtf.com/. And it is inspiring! I think even I ought to do something like this, so different and out of the ordinary, being an admirer of photography that I am.
Photojournalist RĂ¼diger Nehmzow strapped himself into an airplane, put on an oxygen mask, and shot these incredible photos with the doors wide open!

Get inspired people!

23rd December

  23rd December.
The last day of school. I still don't believe that school's over. D.S.R.V. you are going to be missed. It was a weird day in all. During school I didn't attend any lectures, was just roaming about with my bestie. Then school got over. I came down and saw a few people crying. It felt strange. I went over to my classmates and started saying goodbye to everyone and I said that I'll miss them and that I had a good year being with them. While all this, I had a really big lump in my throat! And I was trying really hard not to cry and then came along Priyanshi. She was all reed in the face due to crying. Then I hugged her and then I couldn't help it but I started crying too. And then once I started, I couldn't stop myself! It was embarrassing standing on the road and crying in front of so many people but I just couldn't help myslef. I'm really gonna miss my school a lot. I still remember, one of the earlier posts of this blog was about the last 'First Day' and it's weird how time flew away so fast! I have so many good, fun-filled memories of school. It's hard leaving and saying goodbye.

Time control.
I so need it now-Time Control. Just wish that time would just stop right now.
My school is reopening tomorrow, I’m sitting here on the floor of my room, just cleaning my shoes when it struck me that tomorrow is gonna be the last “First Day” of a new school year! And it depresses me!
I don’t want my school life to end so soon, it will be so weird when school ends. No more getting up at 6:30, running to catch the school bus, and then missing it, coming in the rickshaw during winter and freezing to death, no more late remarks in the calendar, no more punishments from moody teachers, no more Manchurian rolls & vada pavs from the canteen, just thinking of all this stuff right now and realizing I won’t be experiencing it a year from now makes me so sad!
So now I’ve decided to have fun on each and every day of this one last year in school! Cuz nothing can be as good as one’s school-life! :)

Future.

Future.
Lately I have been thinking a lot about what I want to do in my coming future days. These days, I have been listening to my teachers talking about poverty, inequality, and other such things that are really unfortunate for the people who have to experience it.
So I have been thinking that I want to become the Editor-in-Chief of a Fashion Magazine (hopefully I will) and I want to earn a lot of money and later with the help of all that money I want to help the people who are suffering right now in India. Like I can teach the poor people who can’t go to schools to study. I can also help the people suffering from incurable diseases like Cancer by just spending time with them, which would be a difficult job, as I tend to get emotional by seeing one’s pain.
I really want to reach out to all the people who are in need and want help. I want to be capable of vanishing every single person’s pain. Living in India, I know the things that people have to go through. But there is more to it than I am aware of. There are things that I maybe still don’t know about. I wish I could help all these people and make their lives easier.
Sometimes, while coming home late at night, I see people sleeping under the bridges and feel that I wish that I could somehow make them sleep on proper beds. So, to complete this wish of mine to some extent I have decided to study really very hard, score very good marks, go to St.Xavier’s College, become someone who earns a lot and really help out the people out there who are suffering at the same moment that I am sitting in my room, on my bed, writing this for my blog on my Mac Book Pro; sometimes life can be so unfair!
